02:55 am Once upon a time I used to sleep in during weekends. Now I wake up earlier on weekends than on week days. I am starting to not like trains on weekends. 1.5hours to Copenhagen is too long (at least in my opinion). I have been playing guitar, eating ice-cream, hanging out with Ditte, singing Danish songs and going shopping for an army of hungry ppl. The weekend has flown by... Current Mood: lonely

01:33 am - Traveling Half packed for Copenhagen. Will do the rest of the packing tomorrow. Going to be an exciting 1.5 weeks! Yay! It was a sunny day in Odense. 05:22 pm - Bike dilemmas and productive days Scruffy woke up bright and early this morning hoping to make it to her first class. But half way through to uni, Scruffy experienced a bike related incident. Scruffy cursed, glared at Mike the Bike Alfonzo, squinted at her watch and decided there was not enough time to make it to uni on foot. Hence Scruffy wheeled Mike the Bike Alfonzo back home and went on a cooking spree to relax her nerves. After having a good breakfast Scruffy fixed above mentioned bike and went to class again. Class was good. Clara was nice and welcoming. I actually paid attention in class which is always a good sign. Much coffee was consumed. Met Joyce who introduced me to Jan. I will be joining his class from tomorrow onwards. Bought some more text books. It has burnt a hole in my back pocket. Ouch ouch. Got to read a novel before class tomorrow. Optimistic about it as I have already completed two chapters since getting back home. AG is ill so cooked lunch for her,then dropped her off at work (ok so I cycled with her to work). Visited Amila at work before returning back from the city. She will be here shortly and together we shall cook. She wants to make wild rice. Hooray! Scruffy is a happy and productive bunny today. Scruffy thinks being lazy is so yesterday! =D Current Mood: accomplished

02:56 pm - Weatherproofness of the Traveling Pants Back from Oslo. Feeling tired. But have been productive. Have been sending e-mails, reading e-mails, putting together documents for the upcoming conference. Is busy being busy and being excited. It rained cats and gods in Oslo. Then it snowed cats and dogs in Oslo. Snow cats and dogs were followed by more rain cats and dogs. Scruffy found out Scruffy's traveling pants were not water proof. Scruffy's winter jacket that says 'extreme snow' on it decided it no longer wanted to conform to such snow proof standards. Hence Scruffy had a wet butt plus a wet everything else. Damn damn damn! Hairdryers were of no use. Every day was a bad hair day. But I met some WONDERFUL people. Worked heaps, planned heaps, talked heaps, plotted heaps, ate heaps, walked heaps, danced heaps and drank heaps. Scruffy is a happy bunny. Scruffy has much to get done. But now Scruffy needs her tea. 02:39 pm Started playing cards with Agniezka last night after dinner. The beer arrived and we found the scrabble board and to Amila to join us. A good time was had by all. Ludo was much fun as always. Need to find some more board games. If I can't find any, I think I will go out and buy some. Thank you for the tea Amila. I love it but will have to find a proper strainer to make it or go out and buy a tea pot. =0D I love tea! Have to hit the uni sometime today or tomorrow. A letter I was waiting so long to receive has finally arrived. I now need to sit down and do some paperwork. There is also Oslo to get prepared for. Laundry must be done so that I can take clean clothes with me when I go up there. Life is looking fabulous as always! Current Mood: blank

08:10 am Yet another night without sleep. But one cannot complain. I read the night away! =0D Only 2 hours to go before shops open. Then I will go grocery shopping. Woohoo! I should check the weather report. AG comes back today. Hooray!!!! -bounces up and down with excitement- She will be here by 9pm =0D I am planning on cooking a bit of a feast tonight. I love food!
